ART SG Ticket Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

  • Each ticket admits one person; tickets are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>
  • Entry is at the organiser\u2019s discretion, subject to venue capacity.<\/span><\/li>
  • All tickets must be presented with a valid photographic ID.<\/span><\/li>
  • Group bookings must be made in advance directly with ART SG. Please email marketing@artsg.com.<\/span><\/li>
  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. Breach of this condition may result in refusal of entry.<\/span><\/li>
  • Tickets are limited.<\/span><\/li>
  • Exchanges are permitted for tickets within the same category for entrance to a different day, subject to availability No exchanges or refunds are allowed if the event date has passed.<\/span><\/li>
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend any terms without prior notice. Their decision is final in the event of a dispute.<\/span><\/li>
  • Programming, program schedules, artists and galleries may change without notice.<\/span><\/li>
  • Audience capacity, on-site activities, and gallery participation are subject to variation.<\/span><\/li>
  • Bags of laptop size or larger may need to be checked into the cloakroom; refusal to do so may result in denied entry.<\/span><\/li>
  • Photography of artworks requires gallery permission; tripods, selfie sticks and the like are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>
  • Unauthorized distribution of flyers or promotional materials is forbidden.<\/span><\/li>
  • Animals are not permitted, except assistance dogs.<\/span><\/li>
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.<\/span><\/li>
  • The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes; entry implies consent to media recording.<\/span><\/li>
  • Entry is at your own risk.<\/span><\/li>
  • Children\u2019s Tickets:<\/span>
    • Children aged 16 and under receive free entry when accompanied by an adult, provided they hold a $0 ticket.<\/span><\/li>
    • This offer does not apply to groups or schools. School bookings must be made in advance directly with ART SG. Please email marketing@artsg.com.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Concession Tickets:<\/span>
      • Students, National Servicemen, Senior Citizens, and anyone carrying a concession card of any kind, including international concession cards, are welcome to purchase Concession Tickets. Proof of eligibility must be displayed at entry.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Early Riser Tickets:<\/span>
        • Entry must be before 1 pm on the day of your ticket. Entry after 1 pm will not be permitted.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • The Vernissage Pass:<\/span>
          • Provides access to the Vernissage on 22 January from 6 to 9 pm, and unlimited repeat entry to ART SG during the fair\u2019s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • The Premium+ Pass:<\/span>
            • Provides access to the Vernissage on 22 January from 6 to 9 pm, and unlimited repeat entry to ART SG during the fair\u2019s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026.<\/span><\/li>
            • Provides entry to the VIP Lounge at ART SG on the fair\u2019s general admission days from 23 to 25 January 2026. Access to the lounge is subject to capacity, with food and drink available for purchase.<\/span><\/li>
            • Includes one complimentary glass of wine (for over 18+ only) or soft drink and must be redeemed during the fair. This cannot be exchanged for cash or redemption of other items.<\/span><\/li>
            • Includes access for one person to join a small-group premium guided tour of ART SG. Pre-booking is required, subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>
            • Entry through the ART SG VIP entrance upon presentation of a valid Premium+ Pass and photo ID.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

              Entry Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

                • Organisers reserve the right to conduct searches on all ticket holders and their belongings at entry and exit.<\/span><\/li>
                • Refusal to cooperate with searches will result in denied access.<\/span><\/li>
                • Children aged 16 under must be accompanied by an adult and kept close at all times.<\/span><\/li>
                • Items deemed a security threat may be confiscated, and entry refused.<\/span><\/li>
                • Outside food or beverages are not permitted.<\/span><\/li>
